Smart Locator — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smart Locator Address Verification Platform ("Service"), operated by sole proprietor Mr. Pankaj Singh Rawat ("Smart Locator", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Smart Locator provides AI-assisted address verification, standardization, correction, and communication tools to improve delivery accuracy and operational efficiency.

The Service may include integrations with third-party platforms such as Shopify, payment gateways, and messaging systems.

Smart Locator provides assistive results only and does not guarantee that all addresses will be accurate, complete, or deliverable. Final decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the merchant.

2. Account Plans, Credits & Usage

  1. The Service may operate on subscription and/or credit-based pricing.
  2. Credits may be consumed per address processed or per API usage.
  3. Credits are non-transferable.
  4. Unless otherwise stated, credits and subscriptions are non-refundable.
  5. Bulk processing may be queued or rate-limited based on system capacity.
  6. Processed output files may be available for a limited duration (typically 24 hours).
  7. Users are responsible for downloading and securely storing their data.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateway Razorpay.

By making a payment, you may also be subject to Razorpay’s terms and policies.

4. WhatsApp & Communication Usage

Smart Locator may provide tools to send transactional or verification-related messages to customers via WhatsApp or similar channels.

5. Client Data Ownership & Rights

  1. You retain ownership of all customer and address data you upload.
  2. You grant Smart Locator permission to process this data to provide the Service.
  3. We do not sell personal data.
  4. We may use anonymized data to improve system performance.
  5. You confirm that you have legal rights to use and submit such data.
